Description
The Lead Building Engineer leads and oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety, and building automation systems. The role coordinates preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, supervises engineering staff and contractors, manages service vendors, conducts inspections, maintains safety and compliance records, and supports tenant and property-management relationships. It requires a high school diploma or GED, five to seven years of industry-related experience, supervisory or mentoring experience, and strong knowledge of building systems and building automation; the position is 100% in-office and does not offer visa sponsorship.
