Stream Realty Partners is hiring a Lead Building Engineer to supervise and direct the maintenance, repair, alteration, and service of commercial buildings and their mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, ventilation, and pumping systems. The role plans and schedules projects, administers service contracts, coordinates maintenance activities, inspects buildings for safety and accessibility needs, prepares plans and cost estimates, analyzes energy usage, and supports budgets, safety programs, and staff development. The position requires five years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related industry, along with a high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma and EPA Universal Certification within 90 days of employment.
