Stream Realty Partners is hiring a Lead Building Engineer to supervise and direct the maintenance, repair, alteration, and service of commercial buildings and their mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and life-safety systems. The role plans and schedules projects, administers service contracts, coordinates maintenance activities, inspects buildings, prepares plans and estimates, analyzes energy usage, supports budgets and capital improvement plans, and evaluates staff. It requires five years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related industry, along with a high school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma and EPA Universal Certification within 90 days of employment.
