Description
Lead Building Maintenance Worker performs and oversees a broad range of facility maintenance and repair activities, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, masonry, painting, welding, HVAC, mechanical repairs, landscaping, janitorial work, inspections, preventive maintenance, inventory, basic customer service, and task coordination. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three years of progressively skilled labor and trade experience including two years in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and preferably building maintenance skills certification.
