Description
Allied is hiring a Building Operator to maintain the performance and reliability of building systems across its portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, the role oversees service contracts, performs inspections, maintenance, minor repairs, tenant response, preventive maintenance, seasonal operations, life-safety testing, safety compliance, and supports budgeting, inventory, and emergency response. The position requires at least two years of commercial, retail, or industrial building operations and maintenance experience, relevant HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire-alarm experience, a recognized building systems certificate or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license.
