Mastercard is hiring a Lead Oracle EPM / Hyperion Business Systems Analyst for its Global Business Services Center Systems team. The role serves as a functional and technical expert for financial planning and reporting platforms, covering requirements analysis, solution design, application development, testing, deployment, training, production support, implementation and cloud-migration initiatives, allocation modeling, data integration, security, and vendor management. It is a hybrid position based in Purchase, New York, with approximately 5% travel and possible after-hours or on-call support during critical financial-processing periods. The position requires at least seven years of hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and Oracle EPM Cloud, and offers a base salary of $140,000–$238,000 USD.
