Key responsibilities include working with businesses to identify patient-related challenges, conducting assessments, designing workshops, guiding junior analysts, maintaining documentation for Salesforce Health Cloud applications, processing business requirements, bridging gaps between business and development teams, and providing continuous updates to stakeholders.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience in a business analysis role, with a focus on consumer or patient related health applications, preferably Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare industry solutions.
5+ years of experience within a Lean/Agile development environment.
Proven experience in leading workshops and collaborating with stakeholders in the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certification(s), preferably SFDC Health Cloud, or equivalent certifications demonstrating expertise in Salesforce platform.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, can engage audiences at all levels within a global organization.
Technical background (in one of the following areas: Customer Relationship Management, Downstream, Integrations, Data management) is a huge advantage.
