Vector8 is hiring a Lead Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams on complex AI and data projects. The role leads requirements elicitation and documentation, process and data modeling, backlog and scope management, data analysis, testing validation, adoption support, and pre-sales scoping, while collaborating with UX, architects, and data scientists. It requires at least five years of business analysis or requirements engineering experience, strong Agile and communication skills, German and English fluency, and familiarity with the Swiss enterprise environment; the position is hybrid and primarily based in Switzerland, with client work primarily in Zurich.
