CoverGo is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to work with insurance clients and technical resources on business problems, requirements gathering, functional specifications, process modeling, process assessments, gap analysis, and end-to-end business process documentation. The role leads direct-report Business Analysts and requires a relevant degree, at least seven years of Business Analyst experience, insurance or insurtech experience, mobile or web development knowledge, Agile/Scrum experience, and strong English communication skills.
