Description
The Lead Business Analyst - Program will lead business analysis and functional design for the Business Optimisation Strategy program across Finance, HR, and Procurement. The role evaluates current-state processes, systems, controls, and data; develops future-state process designs and functional solutions; manages the BA work plan, dependencies, and deliverables; maintains requirement traceability; partners with ERP vendors and external consultants; and facilitates stakeholder workshops. Reporting to the Senior PMO Lead, the role carries no direct reports and is based in Kensington with a transition to the Randwick campus anticipated in October 2026. The position requires a tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Commerce, or equivalent senior experience, plus 8+ years leading business analysis and functional design across complex enterprise platforms.
