The role leads analyst recruitment, training, and development; coordinates analytics across sectors and sites; standardizes analytical processes; supports account start-up analysis and reporting; optimizes models, databases, and software; and develops predictive models. It requires an undergraduate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least three years of analytics experience, SQL and database management skills, and programming experience. The national salary range is $85,000-$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, prescription, stock purchase, bonus, and paid time off benefits, and a minimum of two weeks of travel per month.
