L3Harris is hiring an onsite Lead, Business Development professional for its Integrated Systems & Encryption Division within the Maritime Sector in Camden, New Jersey. The role drives growth in encryption systems, leads capture activities from opportunity identification through contract award, develops proposals and pricing strategies, builds customer relationships, and supports complex initiatives with minimal oversight. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree and at least nine years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience without a degree, along with military experience in the relevant portfolio and an active US Secret Security Clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI. The position follows a 9/80 schedule and offers a salary range of $122,000 to $227,000 for the applicable geographic area, plus health and disability insurance and other benefits.
