Description

TriNet is hiring a Lead Business Intelligence Developer to lead the design, development, governance, and delivery of enterprise BI solutions. The role combines hands-on Power BI development, data analysis, dashboard and reporting optimization, data integration, and stakeholder collaboration with technical leadership of BI developers and standards. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, typically 8+ years of BI or analytics experience, strong SQL and data modelling skills, and enterprise data warehouse experience; the position is 100% in office.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data reporting roles
Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Experience working with enterprise data warehouses and complex data ecosystems
Experience working with business stakeholders across multiple functions
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree with Analytics or Data Science specialization
Power BI Data Analyst Associate (PL‑300), Tableau, or Looker certifications
Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) or equivalent BI certification
