Prudential is hiring a Lead, Business Intelligence, Information Security Governance to build an enterprise analytics capability for technology risk, performance, and execution. The role combines Power BI dashboard development, AI-enabled reporting, SQL, data modeling, metric governance, data quality, and stakeholder engagement across Information Security, governance, risk, technology, and business teams. It is based in Newark, New Jersey, with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three days per week onsite, and offers a base salary of $114,500 to $188,900 plus bonus potential and benefits.
