The role focuses on process and requirements analysis, root-cause analysis, KPI development, stakeholder decision-making, ERP and planning-system improvements, and change management. It requires 8+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and data skills, global supply chain knowledge, and the ability to work across time zones; travel is 0–15% and the position is hybrid.
