World Courier is hiring a Lead Business Analyst to lead discovery, requirements, solution design, delivery alignment, validation, and business acceptance for technology initiatives supporting global specialty logistics and supply-chain visibility. The role partners with operational, customer service, commercial, product, architecture, delivery, data, and business teams, and requires significant experience in complex cross-functional environments, logistics or transportation operations, requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder facilitation, integrations, data flows, and regulated or operationally critical environments. The position is full time and offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
