TEKsystems is hiring two Lead Technicians for a fully onsite, permanent structured-cabling role in Montgomery, Alabama. The position involves installing, terminating, testing, troubleshooting, and certifying UTP, fiber-optic, and copper cabling; conducting site surveys; preparing documentation; coordinating with project stakeholders; and leading field crews. Candidates need at least three years of low-voltage or telecommunications experience, structured-cabling expertise, field-team leadership ability, knowledge of testing and certification standards, and local travel availability.
