Description
The Lead Campus Maintenance Technician will oversee day-to-day maintenance across approximately 20 commercial buildings at the MinnWest Technology Campus in Willmar, Minnesota. The role leads and mentors maintenance staff, prioritizes work orders, develops preventive and capital plans, coordinates contractors and vendors, troubleshoots complex building systems, manages inventory and equipment, and responds to emergencies. It requires at least five years of experience in commercial building maintenance, facility management, property management, or a related field, along with a valid driver’s license and insurance; HVAC, boiler, plumbing, or pool certifications are preferred. The position pays $34–$38 per hour and includes medical, vision, dental, paid time off, disability coverage, and a 401(k) match.
