The Lead, Campus Programs will own global early-talent recruitment and campus programming across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Singapore. The role leads full-cycle student hiring, manages three annual Canadian recruitment cycles, coordinates onboarding and learning events, partners with universities and student associations, advises hiring managers and HR business partners, and maintains recruitment reporting. It requires campus or early-talent program management experience, independent full-cycle recruitment capability, program management, stakeholder influence, and strong organization skills. The position follows a flexible hybrid guideline requiring four days per week in the office and offers an expected annual salary of $86,000 to $130,000, prorated based on the contract term.
