Description
Ontario Health is hiring a Lead, Capacity, Access and Flow (Capacity Planning) to lead health system capacity planning, access, patient flow, health human resources, acute care, emergency management, policy, and transformation initiatives across Northern Ontario. Reporting to the Director, the role provides strategic planning advice, manages projects, resources and budgets, conducts research and analysis, monitors quality improvement and performance, builds stakeholder partnerships, and supports equitable, evidence-informed solutions for northern and rural communities. The position is temporary full-time for 12 months and requires in-office work at an approved Ontario Health location in Ontario.
