Description
The role owns the end-to-end management of capital expenditure, including budgeting frameworks, approval workflows, ERP/SAP coding, commitments and forecasting, CWIP and fixed-asset controls, asset register reconciliations, payment controls, project-end-use reporting, and capex MIS for leadership. It requires a finance qualification and 9–16 years of relevant experience, with exposure to real estate, infrastructure, hospitality, project finance, treasury systems, or multi-project environments preferred.
