Allegro Parkland is hiring a full-time Lead Caregiver / Med Tech (Lead Care Staff) for the 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. first shift in Parkland, Florida. The role leads and supports caregiving staff, administers medications, provides hands-on resident care, monitors resident well-being, maintains documentation, and assumes Resident Services Director and Assistant Resident Services Director responsibilities when absent. Required qualifications include Med Tech certification, CPR certification, prior Med Tech experience, at least one year of senior-adult experience, CNA status, current Medication Training certification, and a positive criminal background screening.
