The Lead Carpenter manages residential construction projects ranging from small bathroom remodels to custom new homes, with the goal of completing projects within budget, maintaining strong customer relationships, and delivering profitable, high-quality work. The role requires five years of lead carpenter experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction software, a valid driver’s license, and state-required insurance.
