Neil Kelly is hiring a Lead Carpenter for its Design / Build Remodeling Division to lead residential carpentry projects from site preparation through final finishes. The role supervises and mentors carpentry crew, coordinates with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors, manages materials and job-site safety, and delivers projects on schedule and within scope. Candidates must have advanced residential carpentry skills, job-site management experience, blueprint and specification-reading ability, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation; the position serves Seattle-area job sites and is not remote.
