The company is hiring a Lead Carpenter for luxury custom homes and high-end residential renovations in Southwest Michigan and the Harbor Country/Lake Michigan corridor. The role is hands-on and field-based, requiring an accomplished residential carpenter to independently execute layout, preparation, installation, and finishing work; read architectural drawings; troubleshoot field conditions; coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and trades; and provide direction when needed. The position offers $25-$45 per hour, a year-end bonus, paid time off, paid holidays, and provided equipment and estimating support.
