Description
Model Remodel is hiring a Seattle-based Lead Carpenter – Supervisor to manage residential remodeling crews, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, inspections, permits, materials, budgets, schedules, and project-site safety. The role also performs high-level carpentry work and requires five years of residential remodeling experience, with green or sustainable building experience preferred. Compensation is $35–$52 per hour depending on experience, with medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
