The Caring Place is hiring a full-time Lead Case Manager at its Broward Outreach Center in Hollywood, Florida. Reporting to the Behavioral Health Manager, the role provides case management, crisis intervention, client support, referrals, needs assessments, care-plan development, documentation, outcome reporting, and coordination with community agencies. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least three years of experience working with the homeless population, strong communication and assessment skills, computer literacy, and the ability to work independently and calmly in emergencies.
