Description
The Front End Associate supports the smooth operation of a grocery store’s front end by providing customer service, checking and bagging items, handling refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints, auditing tills, maintaining store cleanliness and supplies, assigning check stands, and mentoring front-end associates. The role requires basic math and 10-key skills, strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities, weekend, evening, and holiday availability, and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and move objects weighing up to 30 pounds. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and the position pays $15.00 to $17.91 per hour.
