Description
ASM is hiring a Lead II, Category Management professional for its global sourcing team to develop and manage supplier ecosystems for advanced materials used in semiconductor solutions. The role owns global sourcing strategy, supplier selection and negotiation, contract lifecycle, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, business units, and external partners. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field, at least 10 years of procurement or category management experience, and familiarity with semiconductor or high-technology manufacturing environments.
