Equitable is hiring a Lead, Ceded Reinsurance Administration professional to lead a team supporting reinsurance treaty administration and analysis for ceded life and annuity products. The role manages treaty and policy-level information, settlement statements, receivables and payables, financial close, experience monitoring, claims validation, treaty negotiations, reporting, and process improvements. It requires a bachelor's degree, six years of reinsurance operational experience, two years of people leadership experience, and expertise in reinsurance administration, accounting implications, quantitative analysis, and reinsurance technology. The position may be fully remote or hybrid, with a base salary of $100,000 to $140,000 and medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid time off benefits.
