The role leads complex change programmes, transformation workstreams, or portfolios; defines delivery approaches and governance; oversees project and change resources; manages senior stakeholder relationships; drives adoption, readiness, benefits, budgets, and strategic outcomes; and develops delivery professionals. The contract ends on April 30, 2027, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the office and BPSS clearance. Candidates need significant experience leading large-scale financial-services transformation programmes, programme and change-management expertise, executive-influence experience, and the ability to manage complex budgets and organisational transformation.
