Description
The Kitchen Production Associate maintains food quality and inventory, prepares and packages salads, entrees, soups, and hot-case items, receives and stocks products, writes production sheets, and trains chefs and prep cooks. The role also handles customer service, pricing accuracy, kitchen sanitation, and performance feedback. A high school diploma or GED, two-year college or technical school degree, and one year of kitchen experience are preferred, along with a current Food Handler’s Permit and strong food-handling, cooking, organization, communication, and decision-making skills. The position pays $19.83–$22.53 per hour and requires availability for weekends, evenings, and holidays.
