Sandstone Care is hiring a full-time Head Chef for its Crownsville Teen Residential Facility in Crownsville, Maryland. The role plans menus, prepares and cooks meals for up to 48 adolescent clients, manages kitchen and inventory operations, and supervises and trains kitchen staff. Candidates must be Serve Safe certified, have a valid driver's license, meet company insurance requirements, and ideally have at least three years of food preparation or cooking experience; prior mental health experience or education is preferred. Compensation is $20–$24 per hour, with benefits including insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) match, and mental health and wellness care.
