Description
The Child Development Center at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin is hiring regular full-time Child and Youth Services (CYS) staff to lead teams and provide developmental care and instruction for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years. Responsibilities include supervising program staff, developing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities, instructing team members, and ensuring health, safety, and child-care standards are followed. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, meet specified education or experience qualifications, pass background and immunization requirements, and maintain CPR and First Aid certifications. The role is primarily performed at the CYS facility, with occasional indoor and outdoor field trips, and may require evenings, weekends, and holidays.
