The University of Monterrey is hiring a temporary Lead Childcare Center Educator to cover a three-month disability leave. The role is responsible for Infant Room C and developing age-appropriate learning programs, planning activities, evaluating children’s development, communicating progress to parents, supporting children’s basic needs, promoting family and employee integration, and recording information in Aldea. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Education, Pedagogy, or a related field, 1–2 years of experience as a Lead Group Educator or Coordinator, early childhood education, language development, motor and cognitive development, sensory activities, and CPR and first aid. The schedule is rotating weekly, with options from 7:45 to 4:45 through 8:45 to 5:45, and benefits include statutory benefits and an 80% subsidized restaurant card.
