GHD is hiring an experienced Lead Civil Engineer for its Palmerston North team to lead the planning, design, and delivery of complex civil and infrastructure projects across New Zealand. The role includes technical guidance and mentorship, project monitoring, contract and design coordination, client engagement, and driving innovation in digital delivery and sustainability. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline, 10 to 20 years of professional engineering experience, and strong project delivery, design, client, and communication skills. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers opportunities to work on projects across New Zealand.
