Thomas & Hutton is hiring a Lead Civil Engineer to lead complex civil site development projects for public and private clients across the Southeast. The role oversees construction drawings for water, sewer, and storm drainage; project scopes, schedules, budgets, proposals, and delivery; client, consultant, contractor, and multidisciplinary team coordination; engineering quality; project performance monitoring; and supervision and mentoring of engineers and technicians. The position requires a civil engineering bachelor’s degree, a Professional Engineer license, and 15+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience, with an on-site Monday–Thursday schedule and a performance bonus and health, dental, vision, and prescription coverage.
