TAaKA Engineering is hiring a Power Plant Lead Civil/Structural Engineer/Manager to lead civil and structural engineering for power generation systems integrating gas turbines, PV solar, BESS, and other technologies for large industrial facilities and data centers. The role covers geotechnical investigations, foundation and stormwater design, site layout, structural feasibility, load and seismic evaluations, material selection, regulatory compliance, interdisciplinary coordination, and design documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil, structural, or geotechnical engineering, at least seven years of experience in power plants, industrial facilities, or energy infrastructure, and familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, geotechnical analysis, hydrology, and applicable power-generation codes.
