GHD is hiring a Lead Track Engineer in the Greater Toronto Area to lead internal designers and engineers on rail and transit track design projects. The role manages technical coordination, design quality, client requirements, shop drawings, budgets, schedules, and project functions, while mentoring staff and representing GHD at client meetings. It requires a bachelor’s degree, Ontario Professional Engineer licensure, 15–20+ years of similar experience, and expertise in rail track design, Canadian rail codes, and multidisciplinary projects. The position follows a hybrid model with three days in the office and offers a base salary of $125,000–$175,000.
