ABM is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise facility operations and janitorial work from Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The role coordinates assignments, provides guidance, oversees cleaning and service requests, manages keys and supplies, documents communications, trains new hires, and reports issues. The position pays $19.11 per hour, paid weekly, and requires applicants to be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
