ABM is hiring a Lead to supervise facility operations and cleaning activities when the Manager is absent. The role coordinates daily work, delegates assignments, provides guidance and training, oversees cleaning and service requests, manages keys and access cards, monitors quality, and reports issues. It pays $18.94 per hour and offers two rotating shifts: 9:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Friday through Tuesday or Sunday through Thursday. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, warehouse, or lead/supervisory experience is preferred.
