ABM is hiring full-time Lead/Shift Leader candidates to supervise facility and janitorial operations at assigned buildings when the Manager is absent. The role coordinates daily work, delegates assignments, provides guidance and training, oversees cleaning and service requests, manages keys and supplies, and reports issues. Two schedules are offered: Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Wednesday through Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., with pay of $21.60 per hour. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
