Description
ABM is hiring a Shift Leader to supervise facility operations and janitorial work at an assigned building when the manager is absent. The role coordinates daily operations, delegates assignments, provides guidance and training, oversees cleaning and service requests, manages keys and supplies, and reports issues. The schedule is 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed, and pays $14.00–$15.00 per hour. A high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
