Description
ABM is hiring a Lead to supervise facility operations at an assigned building or location when the Manager is absent. The role coordinates daily work, delegates assignments, provides guidance, oversees cleaning and service requests, manages keys and access cards, checks supplies and chemicals, supports scheduling, documents communications, trains new hires, and validates time records. The position requires the applicant to be at least 18 years old; a high school diploma, GED, or college degree is not required, while one year of similar, customer service, or lead experience and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
