Brown Brothers Harriman is hiring a full-time Lead Client Service Representative in Kraków under a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office, with a reduced schedule for parents of children up to four years old. The role serves as a first point of contact for complex client inquiries and escalations, coordinates client meetings and deliverables, supports Operations, Treasury, and Markets, leads client-service projects, and backs up the supervisor. Candidates need a BS/BA degree or equivalent experience, at least three to four years of related custody experience, client-service experience, knowledge of corporate actions, equity, and fixed income, strong communication and multitasking skills, and Microsoft Office proficiency.
