The Lead Client Servicing Associate provides operational support and relationship management for Clearwater's global clients, handling investment-accounting and financial-market inquiries, financial-statement and analytics reporting, account setup, compliance, reconciliation, and data validation. The role requires a bachelor's degree or higher in accounting or a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, finance or accounting experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to solve complex client issues and mentor junior staff.
