Spring Health is hiring a Global Clinical Operations Specialist to support mental health members and teams outside the United States in the APAC and EU regions. The role manages Clinical Care Navigator calls and activities, provides after-hours support, coordinates outreach and follow-up, monitors care queues, supports training and mentoring, and handles escalated or crisis situations. It requires independent mental health licensure, at least three years of mental health or substance use disorder experience, crisis-line experience, English fluency, and experience working on global teams. The position offers three shift options, a target salary of $80,000-$92,000, and benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, paid leave, and equity.
