Description
Genentech (Roche) is hiring a Lead Clinical Scientist for its Research and Early Development Early Clinical Development organization in South San Francisco. The role is responsible for helping develop and execute clinical development strategies and plans for one or more molecules, including authoring and reviewing study protocols and start-up documents, conducting medical data review, analyzing protocol deviations, serving as a primary point of contact for protocol-related inquiries, and contributing to clinical sections of regulatory documents. The position requires advanced clinical or science education preferred, at least 4 years of pharma/biotech experience preferred, experience in a complex matrixed environment, and strong understanding of drug development and clinical data analysis; the role is hybrid/on-site with at least three days per week on campus and offers a salary range of $141,000 to $261,800 plus benefits.
