Takeda is hiring a full-time, remote Lead Clinical Study Manager in Massachusetts to lead operational strategy and execution for assigned clinical studies and programs. The role oversees study planning, budget and vendor management, protocol and feasibility input, risk and inspection readiness, and support for CROs and junior clinical study managers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least six years of pharmaceutical or clinical research experience including four years of clinical study management or oversight, and knowledge of global regulatory and compliance requirements. The position requires approximately 5–20% travel and offers a U.S. base salary range of $116,000 to $182,270.
