Description
OpenText is hiring a Lead Cloud Applications Consultant to provide technical leadership for a portfolio of strategic OpenText Cloud customers. The role owns the end-to-end technical success journey, develops customer-specific success plans, advises technical and executive stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional OpenText teams, leads governance and critical incidents, and guides customers through upgrades, migrations, releases, and other lifecycle events. Candidates need 5–7 years of relevant technical consulting or customer-facing technology experience, enterprise application and cloud knowledge, familiarity with cloud-native technologies, ITIL service-management experience, and strong communication skills; bilingual English and French capability is an asset. The role requires participation in an on-call rotation and may require additional work outside standard hours.
